Terms of use

These terms cover your use of the klarsystems.com website. They are not the agreement for the Klar service itself. If you become a customer, the terms of the service are set out in the separate agreement we sign with you, and that agreement governs the service in every respect.

This site is operated by Klar Systems, Helsinki, Finland. You can reach us at guidance@klarsystems.com.

Using the site

You are welcome to read this site, use the cost calculator, and get in touch. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain access to parts of it that are not public, or copy it wholesale to pass off as your own.

About the cost calculator

The calculator on our home page works entirely from figures you type in yourself. Everything it shows is arithmetic on your own numbers, and the values it starts with are only a plausible example, not a claim about your business or about what any other company charges you.

It is there to help you think, and it is not a quotation, a forecast, or a promise of savings. What Klar would actually cost you, and what you would actually save, depends on your real figures and on the scope of the work. We will go through both with you properly before either of us commits to anything.

Prices shown here

Prices on this site are given in euros and are indicative. The setup fee depends on the scope of your build, and the monthly price depends on how much of the system you use. Your actual price is the one written in the quotation and the agreement we give you. Nothing on this website is by itself a binding offer.

Information about other companies

Where we describe how delivery platforms or booking platforms charge, we are describing the general shape of those business models to help you compare. Their actual rates are set in your contract with them, not by us. Where we cite another company's public announcement, we link to it so you can read the original for yourself.

Accuracy

We try hard to keep this site correct and current, and we correct mistakes when we find them. Even so, the site is provided as it is, and we do not warrant that every part of it is complete or error free at every moment. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on this website alone. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Some links lead to other companies' websites. We include them so you can check things at the source. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Our material

The text, design, brand and code on this site belong to Klar. You may quote or share a link to it. Please ask before republishing substantial parts of it.

Law

These terms are governed by Finnish law, and disputes are dealt with by the courts of Finland.
