One setup fee. One monthly price. Never a cut of your sales.

Your price follows how busy you actually are: the orders that come through your own site, plus the guests who turn up on a Klar booking. Cancellations and no-shows do not count. If you outgrow your plan we tell you, and you move up from the following month, never backdated. We will never switch off your ordering or your bookings because you had a good month, and you will never get a bill you were not expecting. All prices on this page are shown without VAT, which is added to your invoice.

Every Klar Single plan is built on your own website, so you are never left with a booking link and nowhere to put it. Take the website on its own and the setup is €1,490. Take bookings or ordering and the website is built into the €1,900–€2,600 setup, alongside the system itself. Either way we keep working on it until you are happy with it. Want ordering and bookings together? That is Klar Complete above, and it is the only thing that qualifies for the founding partner program.

We go through those four with you on the free call, then you get one number in writing with what it covers next to it. That is what you pay. It only moves if you ask for something new, and we price that before we build it, not on the invoice. Founding partners take 40% off it: quoted €2,250, you pay €1,350.
