If you are one of the first 10: founding partners pay €200 a month + VAT whatever their volume, and 40% off the setup fee. That is for the full package, website and ordering and bookings together. Everything above is the standard price.
Figures are calculated live from the numbers you entered, and the defaults are only a starting point. We don't publish claims about what any platform charges you, because that's in your contract, not ours. Setup is quoted between €1,900 and €2,600 depending on scope; this uses the €2,250 midpoint. Klar Complete starts at €249 a month. Every price here is shown without VAT.
You should be able to see what this costs before you talk to anyone. So here it is.
Your price follows how busy you actually are: the orders that come through your own site, plus the guests who turn up on a Klar booking. Cancellations and no-shows do not count. If you outgrow your plan we tell you, and you move up from the following month, never backdated. We will never switch off your ordering or your bookings because you had a good month, and you will never get a bill you were not expecting. All prices on this page are shown without VAT, which is added to your invoice.
Every Klar Single plan is built on your own website, so you are never left with a booking link and nowhere to put it. Take the website on its own and the setup is €1,490. Take bookings or ordering and the website is built into the €1,900–€2,600 setup, alongside the system itself. Either way we keep working on it until you are happy with it. Want ordering and bookings together? That is Klar Complete above, and it is the only thing that qualifies for the founding partner program.
We go through those four with you on the free call, then you get one number in writing with what it covers next to it. That is what you pay. It only moves if you ask for something new, and we price that before we build it, not on the invoice. Founding partners take 40% off it: quoted €2,250, you pay €1,350.

Your site goes live within 7 days of signing. Miss that deadline and your first month is free, no questions, no forms, no claim to file. Menu changes, photos and opening hours are always included in your plan, however often you send them.
No commission, no per-order fee, no per-cover fee, not at 50 orders a month and not at 5,000. If your price ever changes it's because you moved up a usage band, we told you first, and it took effect the following month. You will not get a surprise invoice from us.
